The ideal candidate will be innovative in mindset, yet family oriented and have experience in dealership sales management. Responsibilities - General Sales Manager:
Manages, trains, and directs the Sales Representatives team
Must be a strong closer willing to engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross
Actively supports, encourages, and motivates sales personnel daily to maintain high morale
Supervises Sales Managers, F&I Managers, Digital Marketing Managers and a team of Sales Consultants.
Uses CRM tool to manage the salesforce. Training, lead execution, and sales results are the focus.
Qualifications/Requirements - General Sales Manager:
Experience is required
Dealertrack experience preferred
Steady work and performance history
The highest professionalism and integrity are essential for consideration for this GSM position.
Professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
Must be a strong closer
Valid driver's license
